Commissioner Conference
The Commissioner Conference is a training day that has topics that aren’t normally covered in the College of Commissioner Science, which will be held in October, 2021. We are going to start the day with a webinar with the National Application Programming Team for an overview of upcoming changes in my.scouting.org and Commissioner Tools, plus the My Scouting phone app.
Then we are going to transition to working on effective Roundtables. Lunch
will be a team building session for the all of the Commissioners in SDIC. The afternoon will be focused on recruiting new commissioners.
We will have two members of the National Commissioner’s staff presenting or discussing the national scene. We will close by presenting the Doctorate of Commissioner Science on those that have earned it.

Camporee
Camporee is a chance for all Scouts B.S.A. units to meet up, have fun, and compete in an outdoor environment using the Scouting skills they have honed through the years.
This year the them is Wild Wild West, the location will be Mataguay, and the dates are Oct 23 – 25.
